Professional development: expenses incurred to provide information, education and training related to real estate license law, designations, conventions, legal updates, forms and member services.
Communications: expenses incurred to provide technical and creative support for the Association's communication and promotion objectives to members and nonmembers.
Legal/advocacy: expenses incurred to provide services for legislative advocacy, real estate market research, external media activities, information, products and lobbying services on issues important to property owners, Realtors, and the real estate industry.
Private property action fund: provides academic research, polling, data analytics, public outreach, and other public affairs programming to assist in legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts on issues important to property owners, Realtors and the real estate industry.
Legal action fund: provides legal advocacy services on cases involving legal issues important to property owners, Realtors and the real estate industry.
Research and development fund: provides research, develop and enhance delivery, marketing and development of products and services offered to Realtors.
