The annual coference provides an annual membership meeting and educates the members on current industry trends, legislative events affecting the industry, and state and federal laws that affect them. The 2024 annual convention was attended by 155 members.
Landlord resident training and retail sales training are held periodically to keep owners and managers of manufactured home communities and salespeople up to date on the state and federal laws affecting the management and sales, including federal fair Housing issues, home installation licensing and laws, eviction prevention, and tenant screening. The 2024 seminars were attended by 58 members.
Manufactured home installation training seminars were held to assist members comply with state and federal licensing requirements for home installation. The 2024 seminar was attended by 125 members.
