The annual coference provides an annual membership meeting and educates the members on current industry trends, legislative events affecting the industry, and state and federal laws that affect them. The 2022 annual convention was attended by 111 members.
Landlord resident training and retail sales training is held periodically to keep owners and managers of manufactured home communities and sales people up to date on the state and federal laws affecting the management and sales, including webinars on land use and zoning, rental agreements and finance and lending programs. The 2022 seminars were attended by 125 members.
