Winnie Area Chamber of Commerce promotes and supports member and nonmember businesses by hosting various community events. It provides information, maps, and business details to the public. The Chamber organized its first Marsh Fest to promote hunting and fishing safety while generating funds for scholarships to local graduates. It also hosts or takes part in community mixers like Christmas in the Park, Breakfasts, Truck or Treat along with after-hours gatherings.

Program areas at Winnie Area Chamber of Commerce

The Chambers held it first Marsh Fest to promote the hunting and fishing aspects of our community while educating the general public on hunting and fashing safety. The funds generated were used to provide scholarships to local area graduating seniors, to help fund local area fishing clubs and to provide money necessary to fund the Trevor Lee Chesson Memorial Marsh Fest for future years
The Chamber hosts an annual community firewaorks display on July 4th
