See schedule o.teacher grants - the foundation offers 11 various grants to assist with classroom projects and/or continuing education opportunities for district 624 teachers and staff. The foundation offers this funding to assist with our mission to enhance the education of all students in the district by providing support to teachers that does not fall within the budget of the district.student scholarships - the foundation offers 28 different scholarships to district 624 students that assists with their post secondary education costs. In 2024, the foundation paid nearly $104,000 in scholarships.angel fund/closet - the foundation has an angel fund that is used to assist students and their families with basic needs that includes food, clothing, school supplies, some household expenses, and/or certain healthcare costs. Clothing needs are met through the closet which is a dedicated space that contains donated and new clothing for students and their families to shop, free of charge.
