Maintaining a 5,000 volume non-circulating research library of genealogical and local County and regional materials. 3. Providing educational materials and programs to schools and teachers, adults, children, and family programs on a broad range of historcial topics. 4. Publishing a tri-annual journal Westmoreland history and other occassional publications.
