Diagnostic treatment center: direct care included adult and pediatric primary medical care, nursing and case management, infusion services, dental, physical therapy, health education, genetic counseling, orthopedic services, social work, pharmacy and laboratory testing. Indirect services provided by referral from care staff include medical rehabilitation, psychiatric services, vocational rehabilitation, and occupational therapy.
