Program areas at West Point Community Foundation
Provided upkeep and maintenence for one of the city's oldest downtown buildings and the adjacent reading park. The building and reading park are adjacent to our public library. The building contains city artifacts, and is used for planning sessions for downtown events promoting the Foundation's mission of historical preservation. The reading park supports the Foundation's mission of cultural enrichment.
Helped with funding West Point's good friends dog park where a fenced area allows dogs to run loose and play with other dogs supporting the Foundation's purpose of providing recreational opportunities to the residents of West Point and clay county.
Provided support for festivals and events sponsored by our local growth alliance focused on cultural activities and Community development which supports the Foundation's mission of cultural enrichment
