Program areas at Weaver Community Housing Association

Cedar Rock Apartment Cooperative was the first hybrid mixed equity cooperative housing model in the country. Acquired with the assistance of an Orange County Housing Bond it ensures affordability for the duration of the 7 household community. Bolin Creek Cooperative is the larger WCHA property providing affordable housing for 10 households with a shared community garden. Residents volunteer for property maintenance and operations in exchange for qualified savings accruals.
