Provides healthcare services to the uninsured, underinsured, and low-income families and individuals who live, work, or attend school in the Waukesha county community, with a household income criteria of 300% of federal poverty living guidelines (fpl).the Waukesha Free Clinic follows a continuity of care model which includes: physical exams, nurse triage, prescription medication assistance, walk-in services, courtesy visits, physical therapy, pandemic-related services, and more.the Waukesha Free Clinic offers homeless outreach and hispanic health outreach programs.
