Watch Center Council provides buildings, transportation, supplies, utilities, programs and entertainment for the mentally and physically challenged residents of Brookville and Franklin County at the W.a.t.c.h. Center. The council also sponsors Special Olympics as an opportunity for athletes with disabilities to compete in sporting events. Through this program, the athletes can develop physical fitness, show courage, and experience the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendships.

Program areas at Watch Center Council

Special olympics is an opportunity for athletes with disabilities to compete in sporting events. This gives the athletes the opportunity to develop physical fitness, show courage and experience the sharing of gifts, skills and friendships. This program has approximately 15-20 participants.
Provide a building that is used for adult daycare services and rehab. This building is also used for outside contract labor that is supported by a provider. This program is benefited by approximately 20 adults.
