Senior & Community services - 90,061 meals provided to eligible seniors in both Counties; 488 rental assist. Vouchers provided to eligible families each month for 12 mo. ; payee Program - 52 individuals assisted with representative payee services; 238 homeless veterans assisted with finding housing and paying rent on that housing to help them move towards self sufficiency; 6,369 summer meals provided to children; 1,487 households assisted with emergency heating & cooling
Housing & transportation - public trans provided in Washington county; 13,379 trips provided to 719 medically fragile clients; 169 homes weatherized & rehabbed; energy audits.
Childrens programs - 268 children provided with developmentally appropriate services including mental health, medical, dental & literacy. Families of those children trained in working with childs' development. Also infants to 3 years old participated in early head start services.
Employment & training - no new participants 70 individuals continued training from prior year;
Health programs - 3,767 wic client visits involving 1,000 participants.
Corporate services - affordable rents provided to special needs populations through the development of subsidized rental units; furnace repair and weatherization provided to eligible families in both Counties.
