Case management for patients with a primary diagnosis of a congenital Birth defect of the brain and spinal cord, such as spina bifida and hydrocephalus. Patients range in age from premature infants to adults in their late 40s and come from all socio-economic backgrounds. In 2023, the Center served over 970 patients from dozens of counties in the southeast by providing the necessary medical, financial, and psychosocial services that patients and their families need. The amount does not include in-kind expenses of $97,878.
