Program areas at Vital CxNs
Vital CXNS' was founded at the height of the covid-19 pandemic when a public health crisis that demanded coordinated action was met with a disjointed response, illuminating and exacerbating racial inequities in boston's healthcare delivery system. Vital CXNS provides catalytic energy among multi-sector partners to co-design a more accessible, effective, equitable, and efficient community health ecosystem. Vital CXNS provides the platforms and mechanisms necessary to improve community, coordination and resource allocation, ensuring that boston's wealth of health programs, services, resources and policies reach the marginalized communities they are designed to support. Vital CXNS is focused on improving food access, maternal health equity, mental health equity, covid-19 equity, and building data-driven, locally sustained, clinical-community partnerships.
