Vista Del Monte Affordable Housing

The organization's primary recurring revenues consist of land lease and tenant rental revenues from its material investees, Vista Del Monte Housing, l.p. and casas blancas Housing, llc, which are low income Housing projects, and partnership & llc income and losses from its general partner & member interests in low income Housing limited partnerships and llcs. These revenues support the development of low income Housing projects facilitated by the organization and/or its sponsor, cesar chavez foundation and, therefore, promote the organization's mission and its exempt purposes of providing safe and Affordable Housing to low income individuals and families.
