Vna's outcomes for volume of acute care hospitalizations and emergency department use were both below industry averages for thestate of Pennsylvania. In conjunction with these quality outcomes, vna's home health division was upgraded to a 4.5-star rating in The five-star quality of patient care reporting maintained by The centers for medicare & medicaid services (cms).
