Program areas at Visit Seattle

Convention sales and services promote the city and County as the best destination for conventions, meetings and exhibitions. Its goal is to attract these events to the Seattle Convention center and other meeting places and hotels.
Program membership services attracts and retains private-sector participation by giving members informational services, which include planned meetings and opportunities to promote their products and services to conventions and Visitors.
The tourism program develops and implements a broad range of marketing programs designed to increase individual, corporate, family and group travel to Seattle, king County, Washington state and the pacific northwest from domestic and international markets. This also includes visitor information centers which answer visitor queries about this region by providing over the phone answers, printed materials and drop-by visitor centers.
