We are a community Health Center with five primary care clinics, a women's clinic, six dental clinics, five school-based Health centers and a mobile clinic serving patients across two Oregon counties. We offer medical, dental, pharmacy, mental Health, wellness and outreach services. Our patients speak 62 languages and we take many of our services to the area's most vulnerable residents, including students in schools and families living in migrant camps. We turn no one away for an inability to pay, and we offer sliding scale discounts to make high quality care accessible for all.
