Program areas at Victoria Chapter of Api

To provide a social club whereby individuals in the petroleum industry can meet with other indivduals with related petroleum interests. The expense from these meetings are defrayed by membership dues and meeting charges; such funds may be used solely for the support of Chapter activities. Membership is open to all in the petroleum industry regardless of race, creed or color.
The exempt purpose was achieved through the awarding of scholarships to various college students. The name and address of each recipient is attached.
