Venture Cafe' Miami's mission is to connect innovators to make things happen. The Organization helps innovators by enhancing and accelerating the growth of innovation in Miami through high-impact programming and events and by creating intentional spaces for entrepreneurial individuals and organizations to gather, connect, and build relationships. Program areas at Aire Ventures

Opportunity connect develops deep community relationships that connect bipoc entrepreneurs to capital and opportunity through: 1) business plan training; 2) character-based and alternative lending; 3) technical assistance and individualized growth consulting; and 4) real estate and retail incubation. This initiative maximized the impact place based strategy in overtown, miami by serving 70 lmi entrepreneurs of colour, facilitating over 800 hours of training and 1:1 advising, and convening a collaborative network of 36 entrepreneurial support partners within government, nonprofits, and corporate sectors. This translates into $1,893,500 of annual aggregate economic impact of the 21 reporting businesses. This venture focuses on serving bipoc low-to-moderate income entrepreneurs, with 65% identifying as women and 95% as black or african american.
Tech equity miami is a first of its kind funding consortium that aims to deploy $100 million in philanthropic funding over five years into initiatives that remove entry barriers into the tech industry and that will create opportunities for underrepresented groups, including youth and small businesses.
Nyah project believes that travel awakens leaders and bridges systemic opportunity gaps by providing fellowships for diverse youth from underserved communities to experience worlds beyond them.
Talent scout facilitates connections between fast-growing, venture-backed startup founding teams or high growth technology companies through an online ecosystem navigation platform.
