Program areas at Vallecitos Mountain Retreat Ce

Our programs are rooted in the teachings of the Buddha in the Theravada tradition. This along with the power of the natural world creates the foundation for our offerings. We have a mix of dharma based retreats as well as secular retreats containing a variety of offerings for the general population and also retreats specifically for targeted groups such as Educators, Mental Health Professionals, LGBTQIA2S+, and People of Color. Meditation experience is not required for the majority of our programs.
