Usagainstalzheimer's has worked across sectors to achieve important milestones, including:- launching the brain health academy (bha), a series of free, evidence-based courses to equip healthcare and wellness providers with the knowledge and resources to help people reduce the risk of dementia and alzheimer's.- conducting research on what matters most to people living with the disease and their caregivers that can be used to inform drug development and policy actions. - helping 230,000 people through brainguide, our first-of-its-kind platform that empowers people with knowledge (continued on schedule o)and resources to take the best next steps in managing their own or a loved one's brain health. - through our center for brain health equity, reached more than one million people through a tailored brain health communications campaign about brain health disparities, particularly among black and latino people.- prioritizing the change (concentrating on high-value alzheimer's needs to get to an end) act in congress, stressing the huge impact the change act would have in encouraging early assessment and diagnosis of alzheimer's disease and related dementias.- launching the inaugural class of the brain health equity nurse fellowship with 12 fellows. - engaging the private sector in an effort to reduce the risk of dementia among their workforce, customers, and communities.
