USA Dance aims to improve the quantity and quality of dance in the United States, increase dancing as a healthful and enjoyable social activity, and foster it as a recognized sport. As the national member body of the World Dancesport Federation, USA Dance supports and establishes chapters all over the country, provides financial and training aid to top athletes, organizes and regulates dancesport competitions at regional and national levels, and encourages dance education through programs.
