MNE7-1; BdC7, 8, 10 & 11- U.S. -Crest continues to provide studies and support to the NATO multinational community military planning conferences and workshops run by the Department of Defense Joint Forces Command (J7) with concept testing experiments conducted in Norfolk, Virginia and in European countries to develop new concepts of operations and to better plan and assess military coalition operations. This work is on specific conditions of interoperability between the U.S. and NATO partner when engaged in coalition operations. Domains include: safety and efficiency along side U.S. forces; joint doctrine including compatibility of communication systems. U.S. Crest provides assessments to the French Ministry of Defense and other European NATO partners as well as the U.S. Department of Defense, develops working relationships during the joint activities and provides essential continuity for military personnel who are on rotating assignments.

Contex- BdC5, 9: Study for the Ministry of Defense on defense trade and arms transfer between the United States and its European allies with coordinated regulations and reports by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, U.S. Customs bureau and the Office of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy. The study is an ongoing assessment and report on U.S. administration and congressional proposals to update the U.S. Munitions List as well as the current transition of certain administrative functions from the Department of State to the Commerce Department.
