University Program Council University of Nebraska - Lincoln provides diverse educational and entertaining programs and events through a volunteer Recognized Student Organization (RSO) that addresses the co-curricular, social recreational, cultural, and educational needs of the campus. The UPC serves as the executive body responsible for implementing professional fees for educational speakers and musicians, covering expenses related to travel and lodging for professional groups.
