Victoire Management Support

The organization provides Management services to nazareth school of san diego, Inc., nazareth house of san diego, Inc., nazareth house of los angeles, Inc., nazareth house of fresno, Inc., and nazareth house of san rafael, Inc., (collectively known as the "affiliates"), all of which are California nonprofit religious corporations which qualify as organizations described in sections 50l(c)(3) and either 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), and which are organized and operated to carry out the philosophy and mission of the congregation, by identifying and employing qualified individuals to serve as officers and other Management personnel for each of the affiliates, providing consolidated procurement and administrative Support for each of the affiliates, and providing such other Support services as may be found to benefit the affiliates from time to time.
