(hereinafter referred to as Unified) has been designing and delivering training and technical assistance (tta) for the united states department of justice (doj) office of justice programs (ojp) office for victims of crime (ovc) since 2003. Unified prides itself on working with ovc program managers and Tribal grantees to ensure their needs are met as they navigate the unique challenges of providing victim services in indian country. Unified currently provides tta to ovc Tribal grantees who are awarded through the doj coordinated Tribal assistance solicitation (ctas) children's justice act (cja) partnerships for indian country (purpose area 6); comprehensive Tribal victim assistance (ctva) program (purpose area 7); Tribal victim services set-aside program (vssa); and fy 2017 developing future victim specialists for indian country program.unified maintains regional offices throughout the united states to effectively serve american indian/alaska native (ai/an) grantee programs in a timely, culturally-relevant, and trauma-informed manner. Unified's staff is comprised of extremely knowledgeable, proven field experts in developing and delivering tta alongside subject matter experts (smes) who consistently receive high evaluation marks from training audiences, Tribal grantees, and other key stakeholders in the ai/an communities. Unified's staff members are located in Virginia, new mexico, Arizona, and Alaska in order to optimally serve ovc Tribal grantees located in time zones across the united states.
