Program areas at Tyler Junior College Foundation
Support programs and projects to promote the mission of Tyler Junior College including expenditures for art, athletics, technology, international goodwill travel, library, nursing and other academics including emergency funding for COVID related initiatives. In addition, the foundation contributed funds for the construction of the Robert M. Rogers Nursing and Health Science building and the new Rogers Palmer Performing Arts Center construction costs.
Awarded more than 1142 scholarships from permanently and temporarily restricted funds to 832 TJC students. These awards make it possible for many of the students to receive a college education which they could not otherwise afford, helping them to become leaders in their community.
