The Twirl to the World Foundation brings relief and joy to the world through social advocacy and hardship assistance for vulnerable members of Charlotte's LGBTQ community. It runs an internal programming called Twirl Assistance Program (TAP), which provides direct financial assistance to LGBTQ+ community members and families facing financial hardship due to medical, social, or other related circumstances. In 2022, the foundation had 137 TAP recipients. Additionally, it purchases developmental books, games, and toys for underprivileged youth (400 children) as part of its programs.
