Independent living - offers consumers permanent supportive Housing and provides flexible, person-centered support services that are strengthsbased, valuing the experiences and contributions of individuals whilefocusing on wellness and self-sufficiency. The services are geared toward teaching self-sufficiency to facilitate and maintain personal and financial indepence while promoting personl persuits in areasranging from education to employment to home ownership. During the yearended in june 30, 2022, 25,542 units of service were provided to 183consumers.
Residential services provides consumers transitional supervisedresidential care, holistic, indivualized rehabilitation activitiestargeting an improved locus of control, overall quality of life andgeneral well being. Residental support services provide fortwenty-four (24) hour care and varying levels of support, ranging fromintensnive to minimal outreach, depending on the unique needs of eachindividual. During the year ended june 30, 2022, 5,038 untis of servicewere provided to 17 consumers.
