RENTAL OF 364 UNITS TO APPROXIMATELY 400 RESIDENTS. THE LIFE TO YEARS PROGRAM OFFERS SEMINARS ON A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS INCLUDING IDENTITY THEFT, SCAMS, LEGAL NEEDS, AND HEALTH ISSUES. TWICE A YEAR THERE IS A CELEBRATION SEMINAR FOR RESIDENTS WHO HAVE REACHED THE LIFE TO YEARS PROGRAM BENCHMARKS. After fiscal year end, the entity sold all of its assets as of July 18, 2018.
