Lindsey House provides long-term shelter and supportive services to mothers caring for children. Support is provided as they transition from homelessness, learn important life skills, and regain the confidence to become self-sufficient. Shelter is provided daily for an average of 24 families on a regular basis throughout the year. Training is provided on budgeting, debt reduction, employment stability, career preparation, problem solving, time management, planning, communication, and family support.
