Children, youth and parents are each being seen and heard, experiencing normalcy and placement stability, and receiving constant support in their fostering journey.the dare to dream program is currently serving 13 youth, each with a mentor, that meet every other week to build relationship, set goals, and help the youth reach their fullest potential.
