Crossroads Cooperative

Crossroads Cooperative provides a non-profit trailer park community that offers manufactured home lot space to low and moderate income families and individuals who cannot afford conventional homes due to income limitations. The organization purchased the current manufactured home property to provide residents with a plot of land to keep their purchased manufactured homes on, while maintaining the lowest possible lot rents to accommodate tenants' limited incomes. With 90 available spaces, Crossroads Cooperative aims to support those in need of affordable housing in Great Falls, MT.
