Program-3: global eventsforum / annual events: Trace held two annual forum events in 2022. A 2-day in-person forum was held in march (54 onsite attendees and speakers and 4 virtual speakers), and a 2-day in-person forum was held in september in london, uk (72 onsite attendees and speakers and 3 virtual speakers). There was no charge for participation. Our march event allowed up to 4 representatives per member company to attend due to ongoing covid-19 travel restrictions. Speakers and attendees at each event included enforcement officials, senior level compliance executives and outside counsel. Panel discussions provided attendees with practical compliance guidance and facilitated benchmarking. Workshops: Trace held one workshop in 2022. Mexico city workshop held at the hyatt regency mexico city for the employees and intermediaries of Trace member companies. This workshop was free for the 34 attendees and speakers who attended. This workshop provided comprehensive overview of anti-bribery regulations, enforcement trends and compliance best practices. Speakers and attendees included enforcement officials, senior level compliance executives and outside counsel. This workshop was largely held in spanish with simultaneous translation. Shanghai workshop previously postponed to 2022 due to pandemic and travel restrictions. Cancelled in 2022 due to pandemic, political unrest and travel restrictions. Received refunded deposit in 2023.roundtables: Trace hosted a previously postponed executive roundtable in paris, france in april (6 attendees). Further roundtables were not planned due to covid-19 and travel restrictions. This roundtable facilitated benchmarking among senior level compliance executives from Trace member companies. There was no charge for Trace members to attend.trace hosted 27 virtual webinars on various compliance-related topics (e.g. Addressing corruption risk in various industries and countries, fcpa year-in-review, etc.). Each webinar had an average attendance of 31 participants. Webinars were open to members as well as the public due to covid-19 and were free of charge.
