Outreach: Providing legal assistance to indigent communities living in Marion County facing drivers license suspensions and in need of expungement services. Our goal is to serve Hoosiers living in low-income, hot spot zones and those re-entering society from jail or prison.
Job Readiness: Ensure that participants are equipped with the skills necessary to secure gainful employment. The Organization created the RAP3 curriculum (Resume, Application, Presentation, Probation, and Permanent Hire) to cover the steps involved in the job seeking process. RAP3 employs evidence-based methods and best practices such as prosocial modeling, collaborative problem-solving, incremental skill-building and the establishment of trust with an infusion of hope.
Peer Mentoring: The Organization's mentoring model includes three monthly touch points, barrier buster assistance, and the creation of prosocial community support for enrolled participants. The Organization works so that every mentee leaves the program feeling empowered, supported and connected to community resources.
