The organization had been leasing part of The building to a local manufacture and part to a non-profit that was using their space to assist local farmers to be able to lump their products with other farmers to be able to sell them to various entities during The current year, The local non-profit that used part of The building decided to change locations. This move provided an opportunity for The organization to renovate that space so that an expanding local manufacturer, who was leasing The remaining space and create more good paying jobs with benefits to local residents. The manufacturer was looking for additional space so they could expand their local work force and not move The jobs to other sites. Renovations were completed during The current fiscal year and The manufacturer now leases The entire space.
