Society for Personality Assessment

In 2021 the organization began discussions with the Society of Personality Assessment foundation to transfer its assets. When the organization was first formed, the activities it performed met the qualifications for a professional association. Over the course of its life, this mission became primarily educational in nature which falls under the activities that the foundation is performing. At the end of 2023 all assets with the exception of the investment accounts were donated to the foundation so that the foundation could increase its programs and outreach. It is anticipated that these investment accounts will transfer to the foundation by the end of 2024. As part of its agreement with the foundation, the organization donates all of its net investment activity for the year to the foundation.
