Annual meeting and student design - provides an opportunity for members to gather and discuss new developments in The industry and share ideas for improvements regarding technology and disability.

Certification and accreditation - certification recognizes Assistive technology service providers who have met a national standard of job-based knowledge and experience. Accreditation recognizes quality Assistive technology academic programs that have satisfied rigorous criteria for accreditation.
Technical standards board - a program established to ensure consumer safeguards and increase consumer satisfaction regarding The provision of Assistive technology through a process that validates an individual's qualifications and knowledge in a defined functional or clinical area. Candidates for certification typically must meet specific requirements to be eligible for certification and those declared eligible must pass an examination.
