Tpfes began as a program of The Principle Foundation in 2019. However, in 2020, to extend and expand The achievement of its mission, it was established as a supporting organization to The Principle Foundation, The organization has an administrative services agreement with The Principle Foundation, which provides administrative services necessary to maintain and operate The programs.
