During The year ended june 30, 2017, The Foundation was involved with ongoing program development analyses and architectural studies related to The development of The Powerhouse workshop, a contemporary art center and art fabrication facility established to serve The needs of working artists. The Foundation continued to fund its subsidiary entity, a functionally related business undertaking The Environmental remediation and construction of The property. The Foundation also continued to manage The programming and operations of a fine art print shop, which serves as a pilot program for The production workshops in wood, metal, ceramics, textiles and printmaking which The Foundation will operate in The Powerhouse workshop.
