Program areas at The Pando Initiative
The Pando Initiative places qualified professionals on public school campuses to assist students with those issues that create barriers to their success in school and eventual graduation. By coordinating and providing just The right services and supports including tutoring, mentoring, and access to basic needs resources, students are able to focus on their studies and reach their potential in The classroom. The primary focus is on improving attendance, behavior and indirectly academic performance.
The reality u program focuses on financial literacy and tours in Kansas. The program helps students learn through hands-on experience The importance of wise decision-making about their financial future and how their current reality impacts their future. This program sends a strong message to students that staying in school is essential for their financial success.
