The museum itself is a replica of the Pere Marquette Railroad depot, featuring the waiting area, ticket office, freight room and loading deck as outlined in the original plans. It is open to the general public with numerous exhibits showcasing local railway history.

The Museum is a replica of The pere marquette Railroad depot which once stood near The site, built from The original plans. It is open to The general public and features The waiting area, ticket office, freight room and loading deck. In addition to numerous photographs and Railroad memorabilia, The Museum has a working model Railroad layout and a c&o box car and world war ii troop car that visitors can go inside.
