Encourage and foster business ownership by members of disadvantaged groups:through ndc's advisory services and small business lending units, we have assisted more than 35,800 nonprofits and small businesses owned by disadvantaged individuals or individuals located in low-income census tracts across The nation by providing sba guaranteed 7a loans, sba guaranteed ppp loans, covid recovery grants, non-guaranteed loans, training and business counseling services. To provide housing for low income individuals and families:ndc conducts training and provides counseling and technical assistance to disadvantaged communities and nonprofit organizations in support of providing housing for low-income persons.
