Program areas at The Minority Corporate Counsel Association

MCCA hosts a National Awards Gala. The national event recognizes corporate leaders in the advancement of diversity in the legal industry. MCCA also hosts annual conferences at which attendees learn about research and best practices in the legal profession and diversity and inclusion topics.
MCCA is the preeminent voice on diversity issues in the legal profession. MCCA provides industry-shaping publications, research, career development and networking opportunities designed to connect its members to thought leaders and one another. Members include representatives of both in-house and law firm practices.
MCCA produces a variety of research and educational products for members and the legal profession including: 1) Law Firm Diversity Report 2) Diversity database 3) GS Survey Analysis & Report 4) Case studies.
MCCA helps diverse attorneys advance within the legal profession by equipping them with the skills, connections, and opportunities they need to succeed and excel.Additionally, MCCA makes law firms and legal departments more diverse, equitable, and inclusive by helping them change their culture and connecting them with diverse candidates.
Scholarship: MCCA provides financial support to individuals that have been accepted to an accredited U.S. Law School and have demonstrated leadership and an interest in and commitment to diversity.
