The program provides integrated certification and career-readiness training in partnership with local community colleges to prepare transitioning service members, veterans, national guard, reservists and military spouses for rewarding careers in Manufacturing.
Inspiring women and young adults to pursue careers in modern Manufacturing: through its careers on track initiative, The mi is supporting workforce development and career solutions for young women by creating a digital stem curriculum, a virtual 3d-mapping stem experience, stem micro-grant program for young women and compelling public events to showcase The careers opportunities in The industry for students, parents and teachers.
Providing global-best workforce development: The mi's fame usa initiative develops highly skilled, professional and sought-after talent who can meet The unique needs and challenges of today's modern Manufacturing workforce.
