Program areas at The Littlest Heroes
To promote spiritual, emotional. Social, and physical healing of children living with cancer and their families by developing and providing a total system of support that complements traditional health care. The Littlest Heroes serves children with cancer and their familites in northeast Ohio communities. Services and health care are provided free of charge. Our operational services will unite with over 15 planned services to bring families of a child with cancer an unprecedented, continual line of support from The moment of diagnosis throughout follow up. We focus on adddressing The spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects of cancer through education and services that work to empoer children and individual family members.
The adopt-a-family program helps to make The holidays a little merrier for families of The Littlest Heroes. Each year, 60-70 families receive holiday presents that include general gifts, meals, and other essential items based off of The submitted wish list of The Littlest Heroes family.
