Program areas at The LeaderShop

Support group programs - support group programs include mentoring and youth ignited. The mentoring program establishes a one-to-one relationship between a screened and trained adult volunteer and a child in need of additional adult contact, guidance and support. Youth ignited provides a welcoming community of peers (9th - 12th grades) to engage in active discussions on relevant teen topics. Participants also form connections with peers and adult role models through social outings and service projects.
After school homework programs - includes The east side after school program, The west side after school program, The summit after school program and The newest program, The brookfield after school program. By partnering elementary school students with high school student tutors in these programs, participants grow academically, behaviorally and socially in an environment that fosters relationship building with positive role models.
