HPC assisted with land purchases, building and development projects, and rent subsidies in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Kyrgyzstan. In Haiti, HPC assisted with 4 projects and 1 rent subsidy. In the Dominican Republic, HPC assisted with 2 projects and 1 rent subsidy. In Kyrgyzstan, HPC assisted with 1 project.
HPC provided ministerial assistance to preachers and leaders in Haiti, Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. In Haiti, a small monthly stipend was provided for 8 leaders and representatives in their organization. In the Dominican Republic, a small monthly stipend was provided for a field director, a ministry training institute director, and a representative, and funds were sent to cover minimal operational expenses each month. In Ukraine, 3 national workers were given a small monthly stipend, and funds were sent from time to time for those assisting them. Funds were also provided for refugee assistance, and for national workers leaving Ukraine for some time. In other Eastern European countries, 4 national workers were given small stipends, monthly or otherwise.
HPC provided educational assistance for 4 students in Haiti, 1 in the Dominican Republic, and for the children of one of the Dominican Republic leaders. Funds were sent for the operation of a training program in Haiti, and for printing equipment in the Dominican Republic. Doctrinal materials were translated and/or printed in French for distribution in Haiti. Funds were sent to purchase printing equipment to be used in the Dominican Republic. Doctrinal materials were translated and/or printed in Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian, Turkish, Moldovan, Kyrgyz, and Kazakh for distribution in several Eastern European countries.
