Program areas at The Global Digital Health Network
Global Digital Health forum: The Global Digital Health Network held it's annual conference, The Global Digital Health forum in december 5-7,2022. This event brought together over 1,500 attendees with 428 in-person attendees. This was The first ever hybrid forum with attendees from 105 countries. The 3 day event was under The theme " driving effective and equitable Digital Health innovation." Attendees came from various backgrounds including government stakeholders, technologists, researchers, donors, implementers and field experts. Sessions ranged from lighting talks, panel presentations, hands-on workshops, virtual vendor booths, and plenary sessions.
The Global Digital Health Network held 8 monthly meetings in 2022, presenting online events reaching on average over 70 attendees per session. The events were recorded and made available on The httpglobaldigitalhealthnetworkorg for those to view who could not attend The sessions in real time. These online events covered topics that included family planning and reproductive Health data tools, accelerating country-led Digital Health transformation for data use to improve Health outcomes, governance of Health data, just to mention a few. All events were held virtually due to The covid-19 pandemic."
