Scholarship program tfft's scholarship program set out to harness a hopeful trajectory for tanzania's youngest. To date, we have supported 182 children with educational scholarships and directly trained over 2,441 teachers, impacting approximately 176,412 students in classrooms across tanzania. Tfft witnesses scholars flourishing academically, mentally, and socially. In our view, success isn't one set outcome, but rather The growth of a scholar into an educationally well-equipped, physically and mentally healthy, and productive member of society. Tfft's teacher training program works to ensure schools in tanzania are better equipped to provide quality instruction to learners. We provide in- service training on child-centered instruction, participatory teaching techniques, positive behavior modification, formative assessment, planning for effective instruction, and peer mentoring and coaching. The teacher training program works with teachers and school leaders in a wide variety of programming from professional development training and effective lesson planning, to launching innovation in schools, a program for school leaders to equip them with necessary tools for identifying and (continued on schedule o)
